During Kindness Week from February 11th to February 17th we will make a special and more dedicated effort to be kind to all people all the time.
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
1) Write someone (teacher, friend, lover, employer) a note or even a letter telling them how much you appreciate the positive affect they have had in your life. And, MAIL the letter. What a nice surprise for them to receive.
2) Call a homeless shelter or food bank and ask what you can do for them. Even, 10 bucks can make a difference.
3) Invite someone who lives alone to dinner or bring them a nice home cooked meal.
