Here are a few acts of kindness ideas - Plenty more to come in the future

Put a few coins in someones expired parking meter

Return carts at grocery stores and big box lots

Rake leaves or shovel snow for an elderly or disabled neighbour

Are you handy? Offer to fix things for seniors or shut-ins

Volunteer at a soup kitchen

Pick up inexpensive flowers at a grocery store and share them with your co-workers

Hand out balloons just for the fun of it. Then, hand the person a K-card. 

Call an animal shelter and ask what you can do to help

Recycling is great but reusing is so much better. Try to re-purpose  items you may want to send to the recycling bin or bring them to the Goodwill, Salvation Army or st. Vincent de Paul 

Donate used magazines to a nursing home 

Pick up liter in your neighbourhood 

Leave a thank you note or card in your mailbox to let your mail carrier know how much you appreciate their service
Pick up litter where ever you go

Clean up graffiti 

Offer to let someone ahead of you in line 

Be the considerate driver. Let someone in line. Give up a parking space. Stop to let a person cross the road

In a snow storm, you can help guide people out of their parking spot

visit a seniors home and read to someone...or just listen. They have some pretty amazing stories

Make your fav craft or cookies and donate them for fundraising 

Got a special talent? Sing,dance or tell jokes a seniors home

Become a volunteer tutor 

Bring a few bottles of ice cold water and a smile to a work crew on a hot summer day

If you know of someone going through a difficult time financially, put a few bucks in an envelope and send it to them anonymously
